Role Overview The CEO is responsible for defining the company’s vision, setting strategic direction, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. The CEO leads the executive team, represents the company externally, and is ultimately accountable for overall business performance, culture, and long-term success. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Vision Define and communicate the company’s mission, vision, and long-term strategy Translate strategy into actionable business plans and measurable objectives Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and strategic partnerships Leadership & Culture Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing executive and management team Establish a strong organizational culture aligned with company values Ensure effective talent development, succession planning, and leadership alignment Operations & Performance Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards Financial Management Drive revenue growth and profitability Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation Work with CFO to ensure financial transparency and sustainability Stakeholder & External Relations Act as the primary spokesperson and representative of the company Build and maintain relationships with investors, board members, partners, and key clients Lead fundraising, investor relations, and major negotiations when needed Governance Work closely with the Board of Directors on strategy, performance, and risk management Ensure strong corporate governance and accountability
