4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Jobia provides career guidance and job matches based on the information provided by users. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the matches. Jobia is not liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of the platform.

5. Termination

Jobia reserves the right to terminate a user's account if they violate the terms of service. Upon termination, the user will lose access to their account and any associated data.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Jobia will be resolved through arbitration in Tbilisi, Georgia. The laws of Georgia will govern this agreement.

7. Modifications to the Agreement

We may update these terms of service from time to time. Users will be informed of any significant changes via email or through the app.
