We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing HR data, metrics, and trends to support strategic decision-making and optimize our human capital management processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for management.
